Bee and waterdrops

After adding color to the flower, Heather (my wife), said I should add color to the bee. I also add color to some of the water drops.

Touch of color

When I looked at the flower straight on I noticed the star shape in the middle. I knew I wanted to accent it with its original color to make it really POP.

Thematic Photographic: Monochrome

It rained this morning and was nice and cloudy out. I looked out the window and saw the purple flowers on the bushes. I was excited, having not slept all night, ready to use my new camera and blog. :) I got out to the flowers and set up the camera. That's when I noticed the huge bees covered in pollen dodging in and out of the flowers. I had to get a picture of one it was to perfect.
